We are thrilled to be back in business! The staff at Shirleys K9 Klippery would like to thank you all for being so understanding the last couple of months. We are working very hard to get through the waiting list and are making our way through all the messages and emails so please be patient for just a little longer. When we book your appointment, you will be told about the new pick up and drop off system. We want to make sure that everyone stays safe when they come to the s...alon. Drop off: 1. Call us when you arrive. 2. Open the door of the dog run on the front porch and step inside with your pet. Close the door behind you and take off your pets leash and collar. 3. We will open the front door of the salon and take in your pet with one of our sanitized leads and discuss what you would like for the haircut. 4. Once we are inside with your pet, exit the dog run and close the door behind you Pick up: 1. We will call you 20 minutes before your pet is finished their spa day (please let us know if you want more notice than this) 2. When you arrive to the salon, please call us to let us know you’re here. 3. Open the door of the dog run, enter and close the door behind you. Don’t forget their leashes and collars! 4. We will open the front door of the salon and let your pet out to you. Because we care about you and your pet, the grooming appointment may take longer due to the sanitizing and disinfecting between each pet and all groomers are wearing PPE equipment. As of right now we are only accepting e-transfer for payment. We do have a new wireless debit machine on the way. We are currently not taking any walk in appointments (this includes nail trims). We suggest booking your pet in for a full groom and this package will include a nail trim. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, but be assured it is for the safety of you, your pet, and all Shirley’s employees. Unfortunately, due to the recent recommendation from the Provincial and Federal Governments, Shirley’s K9 Klippery will be closed until all non-essential services are permitted to resume operations. It is with a heavy heart that we are accepting these recommendations, and we hope once operations resume that you will remember us and continue to show us the loyalty we have worked so hard to create in our clientele. We truly love working with your dogs, making them beautiful, h...ealthy, and happy, and we can’t wait to get back to work and see your smiling faces and wagging tails. We know that the times ahead will be difficult on everyone, and we encourage you to do as much as you can to maintain your pets coats until we are able to return them to the grooming table once again. Please stay safe, and we hope everyone the best of luck in the coming days, weeks, and months.
