We are now accepting e-transfers. During social distancing clients will not be permitted into the clinic, we ask that you call ahead to make an appointment or order supplies. For appointments please email concerns ahead of time or bring a written history, we will retrieve your pet from outside while trying to keep a 2 meter distance (with one of our slip leads, asking you to remove your lead) bring them into the clinic for treatment.... For supplies: please call ahead to order, when you arrive just give a knock on the door or window and we will be happy to bring your purchase outside and place it on one of the benches or into the back of your vehicle while keeping a 2 meter distance. All payments are to be made over the phone with credit card or by e-transfer. We appreciate your cooperation during this time. WE ARE UNABLE TO DO NAIL TRIMS AT THIS TIME DUE TO STAFF BEING UNABLE TO SOCIAL DISTANCE FROM EACH OTHER.

We will call you or wave when we have the exam room ready. Pets will be taken to the back for all treatments. ... TO PICK UP FOOD OR PRODUCT: Please call ahead to order and pay over the phone. When you arrive call from outside or give us a wave and we will be happy to bring your order to the door or your vehicle for you. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
