A friend sent this to me the other day and it gave me chills. Understand the images we see everyday are not what most humans look like on a day to day basis. I’ve battled with this for many years. It seems to be acceptable to judge a fitness trainer on their body. Like it’s my resume as to how well I can train a person. Let me be clear with you. My body is fit because, like you I have to work at it every day. Each body is different and changes with age. My 41 year old body do...es not respond to the same diet and exercise plan as my 30 year old body did. And neither will yours. My resume should not be what size of clothes I wear. My resume should be the years of experience and learning with all different bodies, my caring nature and un wavering commitment to finding an individual program that works for each person. One that does not compromise their health. That is my intention set forth each day. To be a beacon of light in a dark industry set to make money off the insecurities of others. Lunch! Guys this is so easy and so yummy! Sauté the onions first in some water until soft and browning on the bottom of the pan. Then add more water scrape the bottom of the pan to get the flavour then add the kale and mushrooms and cook until soft and the water boils off. Season with a little sea salt if you would like and serve with a side of rice or on its own. I like big volume meals and mushrooms are a great lower calorie food that fill you up.
