We're into our second month of roasting, we finally have consistent profiles down that we're happy with. We'll keep rotating the pour over menu to keep things interesting from month to month. The Ethiopian Shantawene Village has the nice jasmine you get with washed Ethiopian when the roast is just right. It's been a month since we started our own roasting and it has been fun and difficult at the same time.
