Good Afternoon Parents/guardians! (Please share) While we are on the Orange phase of recovery, Sistema NB Miramichi Centre will be moving to online individual and group programming for all our Sistema students. Your child's teachers will contact you soon to arrange times and schedules. They can also assist you a bit if you need any help with online setting! Also, if you miss the chance to pick up your child's instrument, We will be tomorrow at the centre from 9am to 10:30am. ...Just make sure to call, email or text us to let us know you are coming/here. Good morning SistemaNB parents and families! Please share... Instruments are ready to be picked up at our Sistema NB Miramichi Centre today from 3:30pm until 5:15pm for all those students and bubbles that could not do so yesterday. They have already been tuned and sanitized and now just waiting for you! When you arrive, ring the bell and one of our staff will bring the instrument to you. Please remember to wear your mask (even outside) to comply with public health directives.... Thank you all,

Dear Sistema NB families, In a press conference this afternoon, New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs and Chief Medical Health Officer Jennifer Russell announced a rollback of every Health Zone to the orange phase of recovery effective midnight today. The updated directives for schools and early learning facilities released by The Government of New Brunswick indicates that extracurricular and extra-mural programs including Sistema NB are not permitted during the orange phase of ...recovery. As a result, our centre will be closed for in-person programming effective tonight and we will work to continue to serve all our children by moving to online programming. More directions on this to come We will be in contact soon to arrange instrument pick up at the Sistema NB Centre for those students who did not have a chance today to bring their instrument home. We understand and respect the decision of the Government of New Brunswick and Public health officials and we want to do all we can to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community and at the same are hopeful that in-person programming can resume soon. We appreciate all your patience and understanding as we go through this together. As always do not hesitate to contact us with any questions!

This Sunday from 7-8pm, Tutta Musica Orchestra will host an exciting feature performance. Some of you may already know that Tutta Musica Orchestra is our professional ensemble of Sistema teaching artists... The show, which will take place at the beautiful Capitol Theatre in Moncton, will be publically livestreamed for free. It will be hosted by former Barenaked Ladies band member Andrew Creeggan, and feature 3 tunes with local rock & roll legend Chris Colepaugh. This event wi...ll be interactive, so you can comment with any questions you would like to ask the musicians or conductor! Tune in to support your teachers and have a great evening of music-making.
