I know this his is a tough time and the further out from the regular class we get the easier it is to forget about Taekwondo training BUT please keep your fitness and Taekwondo up each day! Effectively immediately classes are suspended until further notice at Miramichi Goldenhawk Taekwondo due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Please see the following article from my friend who is an instructor and also an expert in microbiology. I do not want to temporarily cancel the class but it is the right thing to do. The air circulation at the Goldenhawk is marginal and it is not practical to practise safe distance in our small training room. Thank you so much for understanding and be well. Master SAM

This tournament is our way of bringing young Taekwondo students together in a friendly environment where they can challenge themselves and enjoy the art aspect of Taekwondo and Gumdo.
