Such wonderful humans you are! Ankit Kothyari, Anat Davidzon and Wang Ting Shu, how lucky we are to share our home with you!
It might be getting chilly outside, but nothing can stop these peeps! No matter the wind, the cold, they are at the dropzone and waiting for any opportunity to jump. Congratulations to Tristan Chart, Jacob DeGrace and Ian Kestle for achieving their Solo Certification's and continued progress. Keep watching this space. You wont be disappointed!

Time to enjoy as many more of these jumps as we can before the season ends! Reposted from @ryanfoey Short season this year but grateful to jump out of some planes.... @roaminman
Today, and everyday, we remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.
We will continue to remain open (weather permitting) for Friday, Saturday, and Sundays until the end of November. Spaces will be limited so book now to take advantage and get your skydive in during 2020! During these colder season operations, handcam media packages will be readily available. Outside videographer media packages will only be available on a limited basis. Kevin D

Becoming a Coach 2 is a momentous step in a skydivers life. These are the guys and gals that teach the foundations of flying safely with others in the sky. Since taking the ground course early this season, these new coaches have worked so hard and so consistently that most of them have completed their portfolios, making them fully certified Coach 2's. Thank you to @Jeff Dean and Skydive Ratings Canada for your excellent training programs!... @Matt Schmitt, @Eric Harvey, and @Derek Bishop keep working and growing. Next stop - PFFI!
Soaking up every ounce of the beautiful Fall sunshine that we can!! Tandem Instructor: Nick Helfrich Videographer: Eric Harvey
Continuing on the success of the weekend, a special mention needs to be made for Shawn Carter. What started as an impromptu Beginner Angle Event turned into a huge success. Initially we had 5 people expressing interested, and ended with 3 groups of jumpers, totaling 15 jumpers! Having a flier of Carter's calibre, paired with his knowledge and coaching ability gave each level of angle flier, even those that had very limited exposure to the discipline, an opportunity to learn a...nd develop their skills. Thank you to every participant. Whether you joined in for 1 jump, or all of them. The smiles and comments at the day were just amazing to see. We will definitely be doing more of this in the future. @Andrew Revesz
WHAT A WEEKEND! After experiencing an unseasonably cold spell, the weather gods smiled upon us with a beautiful weekend full of skydiving! We ran both turbines all weekend, right til sunset, with loads of smiling happy faces! We were especially privileged to host Experienced Skydivers: Dynamic Angles with Sebastien Plourde. Seb is an incredible flyer, quite literally one of the best in the world, and truly wonderful person. His positive energy is intoxicating. Thank you Seb... for teaching, molding and growing future rockstars. In addition we had Andrew Revesz putting his talents to use in capturing the energy and emotion of the day in a series of spectacular photographs. He never gave up, even when his camera did! The results speak for themselves! And of course thank you to the participants of the camp: Eddie, Dawson, Nick, Connolly, James, Benoit and Neil. Your support means the world to us! Here's to many more blue skies!

I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to Flight-1 and @Jason DiCenzo for hosting a fantastic weekend of courses. The weather was slightly tricky, but we managed to get all the jumps for 101 and 102 complete! To all the jumpers that attended - @Erik Smith, @George Kazagorian, @Hasan Kanjee, @John Bailey, @Pat Martin and @Justin Ulevicus your support for this event was fantastic to witness. A very special acknowledgement goes to Jason DiCenzo for coming... out at very short notice when COVID put a spanner in our works. Looking forward to the next one!

Make sure to wave to your fellow skydivers geeking out in the sky! J-Rodd Cole
As a student moves into becoming an experineced skydiver, a Coach 1 is probably their first encounter. A guiding hand; keeping them focused and confident; fostering new skills. Since completing the ground school in early May, @Malery Tatone, @Zuhayr Daya, @Andrew Schmitz and @Leen Singh have worked hard to put their training into practice this season. What a great team we have!
As we continue to deal with the COVID-19 case increases throughout Ontario, we have made an update to our on-site mask protocol. Masks must be worn at all times on Skydive Toronto property. This includes inside the hangar and when you are outside, within the vicinity of others or on your own. Facemasks must be worn at all times. Previously, we have allowed only "buffs" to be worn, but the health district has reported directly to us that the single layer is not enough coverage... to protect against the spread of the virus. We now need the actual facemasks to be worn on their own or under the skydiving buffs. Please note: If you have a medical reason for not being able to wear a mask, we will have to ask you to wait to skydive until a future season. Those that are unable to wear a mask, are asked to not come to Skydive Toronto until we are no longer dealing with the pandemic. We are looking to continue enjoying the beautiful Fall weather (and colours!) from 13,000 feet in the air and we all need to do our part to keep our customers, team and staff healthy! A big thank you to everyone for your support during this unprecedented season. Blue skies, Skydive Toronto Management Team
