Week two of our 2020 Isolation Challenge has begun! Nice job to everyone last week. The numbers are dropping and results are beginning to show! Keep up all the hard work. I know tracking your food sucks, but its super important to know where you are succeeding or failing to account for those calories. Keep after it.... Some weeks will be good. Some weeks will be not so good. Stay strong and focused to the end! Now for some others it may be a good time to announce that we will having an online version of the Isolation Challenge coming up here in a few weeks. PM for the full info.
2nd Day of Our 2020 Isolation Transformation Challenge! A Fat Loss Challenge to get re-motivated and rocking and rolling again! This challenge is an in house challenge for us to get back on track from being in isolation for so long during Covid-19.... We have 12 peoples signed up so far and were collecting our initial measurements. Winners will receive a cash prize (right now over $200 bucks, a gift card to a fabulous restaurant and an Amazon gift card!) I will be sending out individual macro profiles which I will get you set up on Myfitnesspal for tracking purposes. If you dont know how to do this PM me and I will give you a little PDF that should help you set this up for your individual macros. Keep in mind as we get going these initial numbers will change as we start entering into the following weeks. Nothing stays the same forever. Some of you will be doing something entirely different with your nutrition goals, based upon your tracking efforts and individual preferences in food choices and what fuels you best! If something isnt quite working be sure to get with me on the side and well figure it out. Remember, weigh ins will be conducted every week on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is key to your progress. Also, keep in mind accurate tracking will help you get the most out of the challenge. Remember this is for you to help you get accustomed to how much youre really eating and regulate your body composition easily later on. It can be a little time consuming, but remember its only for a short 6 Week Time period.

Well, I was hoping for better news this week on the re-opening plans for businesses... Without an accurate timeline or at least a temporary timeline we cannot anticipate when we will re-open for training.
