We have been working hard behind the scenes to prepare to see our patients again. We continue to update our protocols as directed by our regulatory body so we can continue to practice safely. Our existing infection prevention & control has always met and exceeded existing standards and we will continue to update protocols as released. Looking ahead, you will notice changes at the dental office. We are actively engaged in researching best practices and are ready to m...ake modifications as required. In the meantime, practicing good oral hygiene at home will help you reduce the chances of running into a dental emergency. We recommend brushing for 2 minutes 2 times a day and flossing daily. To all our valued patients, As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve in Canada and around the world and with the recent recommendation of both the Royal College of Dental Surgeons and the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario, we have decided to suspend all non-essential dental services including preventative care (hygiene services) immediately for the safety of our patients, our team and the community at large, starting Monday March 16, 2020 and will open again Monday ...April 1, 2020. In accordance with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and Public Health, we will still be providing emergency dental services for our patients and the community. As always, all standards of care and personal protective equipment will be used and all sterilization procedures will continue to meet the Ministry of Health standard of care.
