COVID-19 UPDATE Good morning everyone, we have had many phone calls asking if we are opened or not, and the answer is YES we are still open, however we have had a few changes, as posted before our front office/store remains closed to the public, this means you must bring your payment options with you. The change machine in the hall will take bills 5, 10, and 20. You can use credit cards and tap-debit in all bays. The staff at Smokin Wands have always taken great pride in the... cleanliness of the wash, now even more so. We are doing our best to disinfect wands and touchpads between each car. We are disinfecting all common surfaces regularly. We ask that you please follow Alberta's rules of physical distancing, stay 6 feet away from staff and other customers. We must also insist that if you are sick you please do NOT come into the wash. Together we can keep eachother safe and healthy, and soon be back to our normal lives! See more

Good morning everyone, we have come to the very difficult decision to close our store front office at Smokin Wands. The car barn will remain open along with the truck bays and touchless wash however we will no longer be doing any cash back or time cards so please come prepared with your payment. Along with this we must insist that everyone follows the physical distancing that the Alberta government has put in place. Please do not approach our staff members within the distance of 2 meters. Thank you all for you cooperation in these unprecedented times.

If you currently have a Smokin Wands gift card, that is not working in our touchless bays, please bring your card in to the office during business hours, and we will be happy to apply your current balance onto a new card that will work in all bays!! Smokin Wands is the experiencing some growing pains! If you have been into the wash in the last week, you may have noticed our bays now take debit-tap, and Google pay. We are very excited about this change, however we didn't find out until after the fact, that our Smokin Wands pre pay & charge cards do not work in our TOUCHLESS bays, they do still work in the car and truck Wash, and on our till up front. So for the time being, if you are trying to use your Smokin Wands car...d for a touchless wash, you will need to come into the office to get a ticket. We are expecting new cards in next week, and will begin swapping all old cards for the new ones!
