Here is a completed deck project from the summer. The deck is an addition from the privacy fence completed last year. Along with many other hand we where able to make a backyard that you don't want to leave. A Northern Lights Cedar Tubs hot tub is the centerpiece of this back yard with a Red Batu hardwood deck from Kayu Canada Inc. wrapped around the hot tub. ... We where able to incorporate the curved steps into the benches creating seamless transitions into the tub. The Red Batu wood is simply coated with a natural sealer/stain. The landscaping, synthetic lawn and concrete curb work in the pictures where completed at the same time as the deck making the back yard this beatifull every day of the year. SYNLawn transformed the yard landscape.

Here are some personal projects made from scraps. Cutting boards are a combination of Red Balau Batu exotic hardwood with classic canadian maple accent strips. The odd shaped pieces are the first attempt at a marbles game. The game is similar to aggravation but played with cards. 3 plywood ones made and 2 solid hardwood. Most where gifted for Christmas so was sad to see them go but know that they should last forever if properly maintained. ... All the exotic hardwood come from Kayu Canada Inc in calgary. @Kayucanadainc

Here is a different kind of project. There are 3 sets of screen supports for a piece of machinery for processing/making animal grain feed products. Constructed out of white oak with dado joints for the joinery. Fun project.

Here is a one of a kind full privacy fence completed this past season. The fence is Constructed out of Red Balau Batu Harwood supplied by @kayucanadainc and covered with a simple oil clear coat. Turned out great and now the house has a suitable defining fence. ... Piece of art? Statement piece? Or just beautiful wood? What's your opinion?

A perfect size deck complete with pergola and double tinted glass with aluminum railings for some extra privacy. Customer also added decrotive hardware for the extra touches. Hardware compliments of @windsorplywoodairdrie.

Great way to finish off the week with this nice batu hardwood fence finished with a mahogany hemp seed oil all from @kayucanadainc

Had to add a little video of the centerpiece. Stunning is what most people call it.

Nice unique project here. We removed the original wood mantle and full length corbles and replaced it with a more fitting quartz wrap around mantle and a slab of matching quartz above the centerpiece Hard to see what was completed as the large sheet of geodes takes your full attention. Very happy how this one turned out.

Called this one the clear view project. Replaced a poorly built deck with this monster out of exotic hardwood finished with a coat of clear oil. Wood materials via kayu canada inc.

Nice little 4 seasons room utilizing a covered deck . The large windows and doors help to capture the great mountain view.

Some well needed garage storage for a couple of homeowners with a hockey family. First garage renovation/ custom storage.

Nice little unique bar with some extra large barb wire. Let the drinks flow now that it is compete.

Finally got this one wrapped up and completed. Added another favorite project to my list to date. Really happy how this project turned out.

Tile brick backsplash completes this kitchen. 2018 is bringing brick back.
