Snap Nation, make some noise for this week's member spotlight - Christian! Christian has been a member with us since 2018 and can be found regularly at the club in the morning. His favourite thing about Snap Fitness is the community. Everyone is super welcoming and happy which he says motivates people. Christian's goal is to be the best version of himself both inside and outside the gym. When not working out, you can find him coaching high school basketball, at work, or walking his dog. He also plans on going into boxing in the near future! Keep up the great work Christian .

Everybody, meet Mark! Mark’s been a member with Snap Fitness since 2017 and loves that we’re 24/7 as well as the community feel. He enjoys his time at the club as he’s able to socialize and get in a great workout, all at the same time. Mark started out training about four years ago to conserve muscle mass but quickly realized he can still gain muscle and has seen some solid gains since he’s been training here! He enjoys keeping active and fit to not only keep up with but to show off to his grand kids .

It's time for #trainertuesday with our newest team member Marc! Squats are one of (if not THE) best exercises for maximum overall growth. Unfortunately, often times people perform them in a way that minimizes gains and puts themselves at risk of injury. Here are a few tips to improve your squat form. 1. Have your feet a little bit wider than shoulder width apart 2. Have your hands as close to the center of the bar as possible and press the bar into your back to ensure stabi...lity. 3. Hip hinge, hip hinge, hip hinge! Should we say it again? Push your hips backwards slightly and keep your chest up. 4. Focus on bringing your quads and hamstrings parallel to the floor to ensure full range of emotion. 5. Ask us for help! That's what we're here for .
Gain some #MondayMotivation! Switch up your routine with this at-home total body workout!
