Are you a student or office worker? Ever heard of the term SITTING DISEASE? It's a term coined by health professionals to explain the negative effects of prolonged sitting and a sedentary lifestyle. Thankfully there are a number of things you can do to avoid the health issues relating to Sitting Disease. Great news!! :) We are excited to announce that "we're BACK"!!!! It has seems like an eternity - 74 days actually - since we were able to have regular office hours. ... Our governing body just announced that Chiropractors are able to resume regular care in offices. We are grateful to be able to return to the office and see you once again! Rest assured that Snelgrove Chiropractic is taking the necessary steps to ensure a safe and comfortable office space for your return to care. Happiness and freedom are found when you stop comparing yourself to other people. I remember a coach once saying that the race isn't fought and won against other people. Instead the race (a metaphor for life) is me vs. me! So instead of comparing how we are doing relative to other people, we should compare ourselves by looking at where we were, where we are and where we are going. Be sure to celebrate your successes in health and in life today and recognize that you are becoming a better version of you with each step you take in the right direction.
