Job Purpose: To organize, prepare, cook and dispense all types of food/beverages in an institutional environment. Education: A minimum of grade 12 education or an equivalent combination of training and experience as determined by the Employer; relevant experience will be an asset.... Key Activities: - Must be able to read, write and follow instructions without constant supervision, be a team player and coordinate with other Staff; - Must be functionally capable and physically able to perform assigned duties; - Must be willing to follow facility recipes and produce food presentable to clients as determined by the employer; - Must be able to manage staff resources, inventories and meal production; - Must be willing to enlist in and practice health and safety techniques and risk assessment.
