As parents, players and team officials head back to arenas this weekend, we remind them to read the rules and follow them. We are responsible for protecting eac...h other's health and ensuring we will continue to be able play the game we love. So, remember, the two groups of ten people MUST be at each end of the arena, divided by the centre line, where a 3 metre distance must be maintained from players in the other end. During drills, players MUST maintain a 3 metre distance from each other. Coaches MUST be masked. Parents MUST stay out of the bleachers. There's some new information for coaches, players and parents in the updated Return to Hockey document from our friends at Hockey Alberta. Coaches can check out... some ideas for physically-distanced drills and parents can ensure everyone's following the rules at the rink. It's been awesome to see the players so excited to hit the ice this week.
