New addition in Simcoe. We are ready to start framing and looking forward to seeing this beautiful design on paper take shape. Its going to be a beauty. The clients are exited too!

Ready for pad and carpet installation. We installed dry core sub floor panels over the concrete floor. Lots of advantages using this product, one being your floor will be 3 degrees warmer. A good investment

I thought Id share a few photos of a bathroom renovation completed beginning of the new year by Spence Construction. Quite a transformation. In- floor heating really should be considered for any bathroom renovation or anywhere with ceramic tiled floors. Happy homeowner

Started prepping for 12x24 porcelain tile on tub walls and floor. Shleuter waterproof membrane on walls and Ditra membrane on floor. More photos of the tile install tomorrow. Its going to look good. Nice to be working inside atm! #basementreno

During a recent Reno,the homeowner wanted a add some detail to the ceiling. It was an older home and the corners werent square, so I came up with this design idea. Looks better with these corners actually. They are over the moon with the look

Seamless, if I say so myself, Church addition with 3 platform elevator. You cant really tell its a new addition, which is what you aim for!! Had to match original brick and as it was quite old no longer in production but we prevailed and were able source it.
