These have all been grown in local gardens under local conditions by our volunteers. Most are perennials, some are annuals. Some of you may be thinking about heading to a garden center this weekend. Wait! St. Paul's has just received permission from both the City of Barrie and the Anglican Diocese to move ahead with a scaled-back version of our Plant Sale Extravaganza. On SATURDAY, JUNE 6 you will be able to pick up flowers that you have pre-ordered. It will work much like any retailer that has curb-side pick-up.... To tempt you now, here's a sampling of what's on offer: dianthus, sunflowers, ornamental cabbage, coleus, amaranths, phlox, echinacea, malva, cosmos, marigolds, petunias, cosmos, nictotania, tomatoes and more! Remember that our annuals and perennials cost about half of what the big garden centers cost. Plus, they are all grown in local conditions in local gardens. Stay tuned for ordering details coming soon! We're sorry that we can't offer our other activities this year-- vendors, barbeque, bake table or garage sale. We hope they will all be back another year.
