Judy and I lit a candle to remember the victims and their families in the tragedy that unfolded this past weekend. We shared the prayer and lit candles to remind us they were not alone nor are those who mourn.

There will be a prayer Vigil tonight between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m.

Good Morning Dr. St. Paul's United Church Deer Lake, In response to the threat of the rapid spreading of Corvid 19 and based on the recommendation of the Health Department as well as the National and Regional Councils; all gatherings of St. Paul’s United Church, Deer Lake will be suspended until further notice.... This suspension will include church services , meetings, and social gatherings. The Minister and Secretary will still be available to the congregation by telephone or email. If a one on one, face to face meeting is necessary than we can consider this by appointment. During this closure the church still has its financial commitments to meet so you can get your church envelope to the church in one of three ways: # 1. You may drop your donation off to the church while the minister and secretary are there . Secretary Monday to Friday 9:00 1:00 . Minister Wednesday to Sunday : 9:00 5: 00. # 2.You may choose to Email your money to the church by using the [email protected] . Your donation will automatically be deposited directly into the church bank account upon acceptance of the email. This donation will also be credited to your church envelope number and your church donation statement will reflect this amount. # 3. Or you may choose to mail your donation via Canada Post to the church at the follow address: St. Paul’s United Church 17 Spruce Street Deer Lake, NL A8A 2C2 May God continue to bless you during the coming days . Meanwhile the Staff at St. Paul's United Church; Church Secretary Angela Parsons and your minister Rev.'d Myles Vardy will be contacting the church family members in an effort offer support, as we journey through the World Pandemic Crisis.
