Just a reminder that, in the midst of a pandemic, it’s a good idea to have your estate planning in order. If you have not already prepared a will and powers or attorney, please consider doing so. The courts are closed indefinitely so your family members can’t apply to court to be appointed as your guardian if it becomes necessary, or to be appointed as your executor. It is also significantly less expensive to get these documents completed while you can than it would be for yo...ur family to apply to court in any event.
