Not every existing project needs to be torn down to increase value. One of our latest projects involved blending our new deck addition to the existing one. Looks seamless, right? We also added three gates along the sides of the hot tub to ensure the safety of our clients’ children. @ St. Thomas, Ontario

At Stanford, we like to think we succeed at every job. We were tasked to replace old carpet with fresh VCT at one of our favourite establishments, The Upper Deck in St. Thomas. We removed the old tile carpet that was permanently glued to the floor. After some floor prep, we installed the new VCT and conjoined the old tile with the new tile. A few coats of wax finish, and WHAMMO, you have a new, extra sanitary floor surface. @ St. Thomas, Ontario

You can often save money by refurbishing what you have, rather than buying new. Sometimes what you have just needs a little love! For our client we took their bar chairs, sanded them down and sprayed a couple of coats of paint in our spray booth. Voila, they look brand new! @ London, Ontario
