Kids are the future, and the present! My youngest employee is an empowered 3 year old and my 6 year old twins have really matured in their place making skills :) But seriously, this is a problem. Cities have been traditionally designed by the 510" white male. Perspective is everything, and this is an exciting time to change the world.

Here we are in the middle of fall, snow, sun, rain... a little bit of everything today! I am taking notes from my favorite teacher, mother nature. What a gorgeous display of color... now if only my yard looked like this!!

So happy to see the sun today!! Being stuck inside doing design work in subpar lighting can get a little gloomy. This bunchberry was found on the "scenic route" (the kids and dogs following random animal trails while I try to keep up). Bunchberry is pretty common in this neck of the woods but I still find it to be one of the cutest groundcovers. #plantlove #staywild #tunnelisland... #nativeplants See more
