God is good! We are so thankful for the safe arrival of Brave Sparrow Ruth Hahn born on June 12 at 1:33am, weighing 8lbs 6oz! Baby and Mommy are doing great, and Daddy is too..... maybe theyre all a little tired. The winner of our contest is Janette Thorpe... She will receive a prize package from Agap Valley! Today I was told a rumour about our company that is 100% untrue. We have NOT sold our business. We are NOT moving away from Niagara. We will continue to service ALL of the Niagara Region, from our new location. We have long out grown our shop here in NOTL and needed more space & our family is moving to a new home which is in the Niagara region. We LOVE Niagara!

Things are constantly changing and we are changing to! We have added e-transfer as a method of payment to continue to serve our clients in ways that they find helpful. We have been offering paperless billing since February!

With further clarification from our trade associations, and government help lines we are able to provide the following essential services; - Flood/Sewage clean up and equipment rental - Empty houses/apts or commercial buildings where the owners want carpets, ducts etc. cleaned with a sanitizer applications before moving in... - Dryer vent lines when there is a serious concern about blockage and the potential for fire Every precaution will be taken to insure the safety of our staff and clients. Staff will being wearing full face masks at all times inside, gloves & booties will be worn onsite. In addition every tech will have their temperature taken every morning before heading out. At the end of everyday touch services such as door handles, steering wheel, wands and cleaning tools will be disinfected daily. Further we are asking clients to please leave the home during the cleaning where ever possible. All transactions will be paperless, and payment will be handled over the phone. We all look forward to getting back to normal, when we can bring back all our staff, be able to clean occupied residences and businesses again. Please bare with us, with having limited staff at this time, we greatly looked forward to serving our loyal clients. We are taking bookings now for these essential services. We had decided this past weekend to put people before profit. All our staff would much rather be out working and cleaning for our great clients. Some other cleaners may decide to work around the governments mandate to close non essential businesses. We certainly want to be there if there is an essential need, such as a flood. We can still come out and look after extraction and drying out of your basement, in a very timely order. Continuing to think of everyone effected by these times. Not knowing really how long we are going to battle thru this period. We have had to layoff several of our amazing staff, we sooo look forward to getting thru this and to bring our staff back soon. We are still opening mainly cleaning empty homes/apts/condos - so that new home buyers have a clean and disinfected house to move into. We are also cleaning a number of closed offices, churches, etc to get them already to re...open after we beat this virus. We are know with children home 24/7 accidents happen so we are happy to help with these spills, but we require that the no persons be on that level of the home during said clean up. We continue to protect our techs and clients, by practicing physical distancing, disinfecting of often touched surfaces, wearing gloves, and taking temperatures of all employees every morning. Thank you to all our amazing health care workers, once this is over we plan on showing you some incredible cleaning specials to all health care workers. We soo appreciate all that you do!!

We are still open for business! Things are modified to protect our employees, their families and our clients. We love cleaning empty buildings, houses included. For residential cleaning techs arrive and need very little face to face contact if any at all. If a client can wait in a room that isnt being cleaned, outside or off site we greatly appreciate it. We can measure up and call you with the price, you can give your CC to the tech then or leave a check in the mail box, then the tech will get busy and get the cleaning done for you, after we will email you your invoice. We can even alert you when they are done. For commercial cleaning, its a great time to have cleaning done while you are closed!
