2019 was an INCREDIBLE year for us! It took us all over Canada, America, England, and Wales. We performed at Glastonbury, Burning Man, Mountain Jam, Harvest Jazz & Blues Festival, SpringDig Festival, Beaches Jazz Festival, Middle Ages Brew Fest, Robson Valley Music Festival, Quadrapalooza, May Daze Music Festival, Seedstock Music Festival, Pyro Festival, several other events, and over 75+ venues across the globe! Thank you for being a part of the BIG FUN that we created together this past year! We're heading into 2020 with new energy, new music, and our biggest tour yet!

The first year we played at Mountain Jam some of our beautiful Canadian friends went around to the entire festival getting folks to sign this flag so they could give it to us and make us feel welcome at the show! What a sweet souvenir and memory!

Some like it HOT!

Since childhood I have been influenced and inspired by black artists, music, and culture. I grew up listening to Notorious B.I.G, Blackstreet, The Rascals, and many other amazing hip hop artists from as early as elementary school. I found my love for funk and disco through hip hop, by learning that some of my favourite hip hop tracks were samples from artists like Rick James, Kool & The Gang, Lakeside, and many other incredible black funk/disco/soul artists. I continue to b...e inspired by amazing black musicians (and bassists) like Victor Wooten, Thundercat, Marcus Miller, and many others. They have an inexplicable feel for groove that I love and often strive to imitate. As a band - I recognize that the we have directly profited, been inspired, and influenced from/by black artists, music, and culture. I would not be who I am today without these people or their incredible talent, techniques, and influence. Thank you for teaching me and continuing to inspire me everyday!

UPDATE: We have moved about 85% of our festival and venue performances scheduled for 2020 in Canada, The US, and The UK to 2021. We cant wait to get back to creating BIG FUN on a dance floor near you!

WHAT A NIGHT!! We are so thankful for everyone who was involved in making last nights Mountain Jam Live Stream a reality! We are SO GRATEFUL for the support from the world class team at Signature Sound!! This was a performance highlight for us and the BIGGEST consolation to not being able to actually play Mountain Jam this year.
