A different take on Bohemian Rhapsody!

At the start of Advent, our Tower Garden was brought to life--and now, our little seedlings are starting to grow! With some love and prayer, we hope to share our first harvest with the Lanark County Food Bank-The Hunger Stop just in time for Christmas. This project was made possible with a grant from the wonderful Anglican Foundation of Canada, and St James' Community Engagement "A Team."

Our amazing Pandemic Planning Team, who have made In-Person Worship safe and possible at St James!

Very exciting news!! Today the organ console was removed from the church, and sent off to the workshop of Orgues S. Brisson pipe organs in Embrun to be refurbished. This means we will be organ deprived for about 4 weeks, but It’ll be worth it! When the organ console comes back it will be placed on a moveable platform so we can place it front and centre for concerts. Thanks to Sylvain and his team for doing the work. These pictures give you a little glimpse into the process of moving the console out of the church. Thanks to Lynn Hyndman for taking pictures. Enjoy!
