For many of us, our weekly Monday practices at the Royal St. John's Regatta Boathouse has been far more than "something to do". it is our creative outlet, an opportunity to get together with our fellow choristers to share our love of music with one another in preparation of sharing it with you. It was a difficult decision to cancel our Afternoon Tea, which is our most anticipated event of the season but, although it was in the early stages of the pandemic, we wanted to do our... part to help flatten the curve. Following the cancellation of this event, we also had to cancel our beloved rehearsals. However, we persevered and didn't let the circumstances of our environment get in the way of our passion. So, we embarked on a journey to create a virtual collaboration of song. For us. For you. We hope it inspires you to stay strong and find creative ways to continue enjoying your passion, eventhough we are facing incredibly difficult times. Special thanks to our super-talented accompanist, Dr. Phil Roberts and fellow chorister, Doug Downey for producing this video. Please enjoy, stay tuned for our next project and stay safe.

What a great evening at Spirit of Newfoundland. Thanks to everyone who joined us for our fundraiser. What a fantastic show.
Congratulations to our very own chorister, Helen Murphy, who was invested in to The Order of Newfoundland & Labrador (O.N.L.), the highest honour in the province & part of the official honours system of Canada. The Order, approved by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II in 2003, is awarded to those who demonstrate excellence & achievement in any field of endeavour that benefits, in an extraordinary manner, Newfoundland & Labrador & its residents.
HUGE thanks to those who attended our Christmas concert on Sunday evening. Your support is what fosters our growth and allows us to thrive the way we do. We hope you and yours have a wonderful holiday season and a fabulous New Year. Our vocal chords are taking a break until January 13 but, stay tuned for details on our next performance on March 15 Afternoon Tea. This super popular (and delicious) event is always sold out so, make sure you get your tickets early....
