Dear parishioners and friends, God is good and remain faithful to us even to this trying times. As we are excited to Re- Open our parish for public Worship and Sacramental Services, we must untiringly and unceasingly pray for total healing. We must abide with the Alberta Health Services Guidelines and follow our Archbishops Greg Kerr- Wilson and our Diocesan Protocols for Safe public worship. Our good Archbishop sent emails to all parishes that we can/ we will be Re- Openin...g our parishes on September 1, 2020. Upon reading his email, I met with our wardens ( Parish Corporation) the other week and we reviewed the AHS Guidelines and the Diocesan Protocols for public worship/ gatherings. After reading and did some deliberations, the Parish Corporation agreed that our parish will be opening for public worship on SEPTEMBER 20, 2020. The reason for this is, we are making sure that our parish is ready to welcome all parishioners in a safe, abiding and helping community of faith. Our "New Normal" will truly be different from our "Normal" because we are only allowed to have 45- 50 persons in every Service. There will only be ONE ENTRANCE and ONE EXIT. As you enter the door by the 33rd Ave, markings are visible and must be followed. Seating places for family, couples and singles were marked. I am sending these pictures so that you will have a glimpse inside our parish. Further parish notice will be circulated very soon. If you have any inquiry or question, please feel free to call our Parish Phone at 403- 244- 0198 or Padi Joeys CP at 403- 966- 2471. Let us be vigilant and be safe at all times. Blessings to us all. "Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful; and kindle in us the fire of your love." Here are the pictures of churches I visited this Pentecost Sunday. It refreshed and reminded us about the Promise of Jesus that He will not leave us desolate but Gave us the Holy Spirit to be our Advocate. Pentecost Sunday is also known as the Birthday of His Holy Church. By virtue of our Baptism, we were cleansed and adopted as sons and daughters of the Father in which we are expe...cted to fulfill our vows to Love one another as Christ loves us. As we continue to work hand in hand in flattening the curve, patience and common sense remains to be the daily ingredient that we must have. I know we missed our public gatherings and missed sitting on our pews to pray and to fulfill our usual Corporate Services and Fellowship. If we miss and looking forward to go back to the Normal, I would say its not yet time. Consider and learn from other countries and cities not to mention which is which, who opened and allowed people to go to parks, amusement centers, recreational places. The number of COVID19 ballooned. The effort of their quarantine for months went nothing.I pray that this will not happen to us. We have Social Media like Facebook, Zoom, YouTube and some other ways to keep our Services goes on. These ways are the safest way to be together, not physically but spiritually and virtually. We may feel that we are left behind or alone, its not because Christ gave us the Advocate to be with us always. As we move on and continue in our Faith Journey, listen and follow the Advocate that Christ promised us. That Advocate will be faithful to assure life to us and life to our church. Happy Pentecost Sunday. Collect: "Almighty and everlasting God, who fulfilled the promises of Easter by sending us your Holy Spirit and opening to every race and nation the way of life eternal, keep us in the unity of your Spirit, that every tongue may tell of your glory; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen Churches that I visited: St. Peters Okotoks, St. Georges Turner Valley, Christs Church Millarville and St. James Priddis, Alberta, Canada May 31, 2020(Pentecost Sunday)

Our Resurrected Jesus Christ has Ascended today. Christ has died, Christ is Risen and Christ will come again

St Mark and St Philip Anglican Church 24.03.2020

Greetings...This 6th Sunday of Easter, I did something different in praising and worshipping our Lord God by driving and visiting parishes. What is common is so obvious in the Parishes that I visited this morning. Empty parking spaces and closed doors. Church buildings maybe closed but the Love of Christ remain flowing in and out to bless and heal us all. His LOVE remains with us.reading the lessons and especially the Gospel this Sunday, Jesus Christ encourages and inspires ...us to live in love. He said, "if you Love me, you will keep my commandments. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate to be with you always, the Spirit of truth, which the world cannot accept, because it neither sees nor knows it. But you know it because it remains with you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you. In a little while the world will no longer see me, but you will see me, because I live and you will live. On that day you will realize that I am in my Father and you are in me and I in you. Whoever has my commandments and observes them is the one who loves me. And whoever loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and reveal myself to him." (John 14: 15- 21) Let us remain faithful and obey His commandments because His commandments are life and salvation. At the same time we must love one another as God love us all. In my visitations his morning, I truly felt the love of Christ in and out of the parishes that I visited. I heard a whisper from Him, asking and telling me to remain in His Love and to remain faithful in spreading the Good News and Love of Christ to all. "If you love me you will keep my commandments." Do we love Jesus Christ? Is there a way we demonstrate to all that our love for Jesus Christ is true? Do the people around us know that we are Christians by our love for one another? May we all become instruments in spreading the love that Jesus Christ is giving us. We continue to pray for this week that true love will unite us. God bless us with His LOVE. Sharing to you the pictures of the parishes and churches that I visited this morning May 17, 2020
