The number of cases in our COVID-19 outbreak on the Inpatient Surgery Unit at Stratford General Hospital remains at 3 staff affected. We recognize the worries s...ome patients may have. Any high risk contacts will receive a call from Huron Perth Public Health Individuals currently scheduled for surgery will receive direct communication from their surgeon if there are any changes with their procedures. This outbreak has affected our Inpatient Surgery Unit, not our Operating Rooms or those who have had outpatient surgery. It is safe to receive care at SGH & the hospital remains open for all other scheduled clinics, procedures & emergency visits.
