WOW.....What a year!!! Despite all the craziness going on in the world Stoney Field had an incredible year!! I felt held back in the spring with all the uncertainty, but then there was the many incredible people around me that encouraged me to just go for it!! Every year I am finding what direction seems to be best for my little business. YOU are helping me shape the beauty of my business Thank you!! Next year I will be growing a tone of flowers that dry well to complime...nt my Birds Nest Wreaths. I’d love to be able to have enough dried flowers on hand to accommodate fall, Christmas, winter, and spring wreaths and dried arrangements! It’s a goal I’m going to work hard on this coming summer. Natural and sustainable has always been my passion I am hoping to continue to collaborate with more local businesses where you can see my flower arrangements and wreaths on display for purchase. With my business ran on our property I feel it’s important to keep my families privacy first at this time. There is a tone of landscaping I want to complete this coming summer. As well as dig more roots into homesteading. I have many dreams and goals and look forward to sharing them with you over the years as Stoney Field continues to grow!! As we let go of 2020.... THANK YOU for helping my business grow I’m grateful that I have the opportunity to create with mother nature. I’m also very grateful for my family who has been by my side as I get through these first years of learning all the growing pains. We learn by doing. If you don’t go for it, you will have no idea what the outcome will bring. ... I want to share with you my family and let you know how thankful we are for each and everyone one of you that has shared, sent words of encouragement, who follow along on our journey, commented on posts, and placed orders!! We appreciate YOU so much!! My kids are homeschooled and are always watching by my side as the business grows. They do help me (short brief stints) when they are able. My daughter Kaylee is 9. I see her creative mind always thinking and love her dedication to be innovative. She loves to be apart of my delivery days. She is always up for a lovely chat! In the years to come she may be the one who does the administration work and does the front line work with taking calls and interacting with customers. My son Evan is just about 6. He is a worker. He may not have much to say, but always cracks up a good joke and works hard. He enjoys planting seeds, shoveling dirt around like his mom (which I love of course). He loves to work on machines, checks tires, does oil changes and building things along side his Dad. May have a mechanic in the making maybe. My husband Travis is my handyman!! When he is not working at his job, he helps me out when needed. He helps me build items needed for the gardens and enjoys running the machines when needed and helps me harvest willow as he enjoys running the chainsaw! We are opposite in many ways, but I find we help balance each other out! If you have read this far, your incredible!! Thank you for ALL you are!!
