CMW Tea and Tales with Muslim Women's Team was hosted by St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Bridgeport. It was a wonderful experience of feeling welcomed. Thank you Pa...stor Jennifer Hoover for welcoming us in your church. CMW Teal and Tales with Muslim Women's Team brought a presentation on Hijab, "Windows to the Glorious Past" (theatrical enactment of Muslim women change makers from various parts of the world), and the ever popular "Culture Cafe". Thank you for the warm welcome St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Bridgeport If you would like to host "Tea and Tales with Muslim Women" for your congregation, service club, women's group or cultural group, please send us an email at [email protected].

It is so disheartening today to see that welcoming, inclusive communities of faith have once again been the target of hateful actions borne out of ignorance and fear. We are grateful that Parkminster United Church and Emmanuel United Church have been and will continue to be places of safety and welcome in the community we share. We will draw strength and courage from you to follow in your example.
