Carrot juice - 1/2 cup Add Frozen: Coconut chunks 1/4 cup Blueberries 1/4 cup Banana 1/2 Mango 1/4 cup Peach 1/4 cup Kale 1/4 cup Ginger - fresh large chunk . Turmeric 1/2 tsp ( to your taste) Cinnamon - 2 shakes (to your taste) Flaxseeds - 1 tbsp ground Vanilla protein powder - 1 scoop Water 1/2 cup . Wow!! Enjoy!!
