As a community member of Fort St James I encourage you to do this survey!!

In normal times, a group of ladies from the Stuart Lake Hospital Auxiliary visit the folks in long term care once a week to provide socialization and activiti...es for them. During the pandemic we have not been able to visit and decided we needed to let them know we haven’t forgotten them. We had a window/ deck parade of signs with encouraging messages on a beautiful day last week and were met with many smiles, waves and tears. Even had a request to sing one of the favourite songs (please forgive the unprofessional quality!!) This was followed by free treats for all from our goodie cart. (faces of the residents are blotted out for privacy reasons) Hope to be able to do more creative safe interactions in the future. See more
