T H I S - right now more than ever business owners are scrambling, trying to readjust and stay a float One thing weve learned is that this is going to be a NEW NORMAL for us! Adaptation is critical in order to survive. PIVOT! But us entrepreneurs LIVE for this! Its all part of being an entrepreneur. Our job is to seek an opportunity. Find a problem. Fix a problem So here we are. My advice to you (Sam here by the way) slow and steady. Think outside the bo...x. Dont make false promises to clients or customers that will hurt you in the long run. Dont scramble to pump out content that doesnt support your vision or brand. Put yourself in the mindset of the consumer. Dont rush. Offer security! Dats right! We got this We’re not afraid of a challenge. Never have been. Never will be We’re coming back better than ever after all this. Things are shifting and we can feel it. There’s always a silver lining and change is good! I (Sam; the owner) am SO proud of how my co-workers/staff have handled this situation. There’s no training manual for this. As most of you know I travelled internationally 2 weeks ago and have been self-quarantining ever since. After testing n...egative, I made a very challenging decision to stay away from the salon for obvious reasons. I can’t begin to explain (without crying) how much these people mean to me. They kept this ship running and running efficiently, safely and successfully until making the decision to slow down and hold off (some exceptions apply) until things are sorted out. The PRIDE I am feeling is completely overwhelming. Our manager @kimcole.thestudiobeautybar has been the lifeline. Not only making sure The Studio was a safe place for clients and staff but keeping me connected and informed (this woman means business) You can only imagine how valuable that is to a business owner who can’t be present during a time like this. SO THANK YOU! To each and every one of you amazing people I have the HONOUR to work with everyday. And a HUGE thank to the most understanding clientele we could ask for.
