SPOD’s COVID-19 Update: At this time Sudbury Prosthetic and Orthotic Design (SPOD) will continue to stay open for business to assist you in staying mobile during this difficult time. We are currently operating Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm, by appointment only. Please be aware that our hours may change as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak. However we will keep you updated on any changes. Please know that while we remain open; your safety and that of your f...amily and our staff, is of the utmost importance to us at SPOD. To ensure a safe environment for everyone at SPOD we have taken additional precautions during the COVID-19 outbreak: * We are pre-screening all of our clients to ensure that they do not have any symptoms, nor recently travelled outside of Canada before coming to their appointment. * Clients are being seen on an appointment only basis. * Clients are being seen one at a time with a 15 minute buffer between appointment times, to reduce congestion and maintaining a safe distance within the clinic. * Rooms, tools and surfaces are being thoroughly sanitized after each clients appointment. * As always we continue to wash/sanitize our hands and use gloves during your appointment. If you are experiencing any symptoms, we ask that you please call us to reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you have any questions about your upcoming appointment, please call us at 705-670-9990 and we would be happy to assist you.
