I have to admit I have a secret about this cake I totally forgot about this order and took off to Edmonton for #Kdays with the fam. The horror I felt when I remembered what date it was and realized I was in Edmonton overnight and had a 2 tiered cake due the next day! How did I let this happen? One of my worst cake nightmares (first being a dropped cake) Well I wasnt about to let down a sweet birthday girl! I can make a fondant bow in my sleep and buttercream ruffles are a breeze! Purchased the tiara and this cake was whipped up within hours. Even thought crisis was averted, I definitely wont be doing that again! Phew!!
