So I am a bit behind and Christmas baking. I usually start the last week of November going through all my recipes and deciding what will make the cut. These are on the agenda for the weekend. Christmas Banana Bread - got out of a Chatelaine Magazine about 10 years ago. So yummy! Let me know if you try it! 1 cup Bananas 2 Eggs 1/4 tsp Baking powder... 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda 1 3/4 cup flour 1 pinch Salt 3/4 cup Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1 cup White chocolate chips (mix 3/4 into the batter and sprinkle the rest on top) Topping 1/2 cup Flaked Coconut 1/4 Brown Sugar 1 Tbsp Butter 1 Tbsp Flour Bake at 325 degrees for 60 - 70 minutes
