Free online yoga session Hi everyone, I hope you are doing well. As most of us are aware, We are having 40 minutes free remote online yoga session followed by... 20 minutes free chair yoga session every weekday Monday to Friday at 5:00 PM PST. If you wish to join, you would have to download ZOOM Cloud Meeting app on your phone and confirm me by a text message so I may include you in my invitation list. It’s absolutely free. If you confirm me, I will be sending you an invite around 5 PM and another one for chair yoga around 5:40 PM Monday to Friday. You simply click The link in the message and join the session. Addressing the need of the time, chair yoga has been added so people having difficulty sitting cross legged, standing or having knee issue may also participate. If you wish to try out how this works, please feel free to call me once you have installed the Zoom app and I’ll be pleased to walk you through it. Hope to see you soon!
