Miss Christy entered a creation process with Alison Cummings and came out with a beautiful new work. In the spirit of the times the performance is available to watch online through following the link @christystoetendance bio. Posted @withregram @christystoetendance Dance Matters - A Woman’s Work is available to watch online today at noon... LINK IN BIO @christystoetendance This series explores topics related to women’s rights and roles in society, women’s individual stories related to their heritage, culture or experiences and issues related to gender. Featuring: Yvonne Ng, Chenise Mitchell, Kiera Breaugh, Nazanin Meshkat, Allison Cummings & Christy Stoeten Thank you to @dance_matters for the opportunity to share work during this time Thanks to @citadelcie_ @franznfriends and the crew Finally, thank you to Allison @soreforpunchingyou for making this with me, for your patience and trust. I first had the opportunity to work with Allison in 2009 in my final year at @schooloftdt That experience is one of the fondest memories of my time in school (and there are a lot of great memories). Unfortunate shared circumstances brought us back to the studio this year. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, read the program. When our rehearsals commenced, I was quickly reminded of Allison’s many gifts as an artist, what a pro. Thank you for challenging me do to do something I wasn’t sure I’d be able to do again. I hope that you enjoy and if you can, please donate @dance_matters

This year we have implemented all new safety procedures. One of these new things is what we like to call our Covid Busters! These fabulous people greet each of our students at the door to take temperatures, administer hand sanitizer and ensure social distancing between classes as students are entering and exiting the building. Your safety is paramount and we will continue to make sure we uphold all Dance Safe measures to the highest standard. Thank you to Sunny, Meghan, Michelle, Abby, Clea, Claire, Kate, Shar and Ede for stepping into this valuable role! #dancesafeontario #dancesafe #covid_19 #coviddance #instudio #safety #health #dance #dancers #danceschool #dancestudio #studioowner #danceteacher #danceteacherlife
