We are a bit late, but still want to recognize the academic hard work and success of our Sweatmates at their respective universities. Katelyn Scott (Dalhousie University) Zach Boudreau (Mount Allison), Ashley Hamilton (Mount Allison) and Karly Buckingham (Mount Allison) were all recipients of the Academic All Canadians award. Congratulations on your achievement.
Two more Western Valley Sweat Academy members have joined the usual suspects last night in Fredericton for a workout with Derek Wilson at Full Body Fitness. They are Claudia Patterson of Canterbury High School and Sofia Macfarlane of Nackawick High School. Got to love the commitment! Very inspiring! Keep it up ladies!
There are so many good things about this picture. Firstly, these are sweatmates Kyla Jewett and Meghan Hume. They both go to Canterbury High. Then, we have the fact that they decided to travel to Fredericton and work with our S & C Derek Wilson ON A FRIDAY NIGHT! The next morning they had practice. These ladies get what it takes to separate from the rest! #commit #trainsmart
We have been using this product and promoting it for several years now. This picture will give you an explanation of why! Even the NBA has made the transition to Bio Steel for their players. As an affiliate of BioSteel, we do have a code you can use to receive 25% off ALL purchases. SWEAT25 is the code. Anybody can use it. Spread the word and share the code to your network. For you old guys, make sure to purchase the products that contain Collagen. Your knees, ankles and tendons will thank you!
We would like to congratulate Coach Kelly Vass and her husband Jeff Austin on their new family addition! We miss seeing and hearing you on the court Kelly. Congrats and Merry Christmas!
Not too long ago, we had our first MVSA competition day. It was a two-ball shooting contest. Our winners were Annie Morrison and Felix Carrier. They shot the lights out with a score of 44 points! We resume our sessions in a few weeks If all goes well.
We are proud to be associated with community minded people such as Derek Wilson of Full Body Fitness. He's our Strength and Conditioning guru at Capital City Sweat Academy. Any and all of our CCSA sweatmates should be at his gym building themselves up on the daily!
In an attempt to help keep us on track dealing with the adversity COVID is creating for all of us as well as keeping our heads warm during the winter months ahead, we've added a few items to our store. Sometimes, wearing the mindset helps with the mindset. Check out our store at https://www.sweatacademy.com/shop for even more items. Don't forget, we can customize anything and everything we have in stock. #GRIT

Player of the game for Team White Mallie Kilfoil out of Carleton North High School and for Team Black, Kayden Schriver out of Woodstock High School.
