Do you need help setting up your training week? Here is our basic advice: BEGINNERS - aim for 2-3 classes per week with at least one full rest day in-between each. INTERMEDIATE - aim for 4-5 classes per week. Training Mon/Tues and Thurs/Fri would be a great idea. You could add in a bonus class on the weekend! ... ADVANCED - aim for 5-6 days per week. We always recommend taking at least one full day off per week to rest and repair your muscles. It’s always important to listen to your body and how it is recovering. Add in more classes over time to continue to challenge yourself. Try different class styles to keep your body guessing. How many classes per week do you aim for? www.sweatclubinc.ca

Important Update Effective Monday, November 9th, we will be starting a new late cancellation policy for our early morning 5:30 AM and 6:45 AM classes. If you cannot make it to your early morning class, you must let us know the night before by 8:45 PM for the 5:30 AM and 10:00 PM for the 6:45 AM class. If you do not cancel within this window, our regular cancellation policy will apply. ... Thank you for working with us to help get as many people into class! Reminder - while we appreciate you showing up to class on time, please show up a maximum of 5-10 minutes before your class is to start. We would like to recognize our August Client of the Month! Congrats, Nadia Morrison! Nadia has been consistently coming to the club for a whole year! Her commitment has not gone unnoticed and we are so proud of her. Nadia’s story: I joined the Sweat Club in August 2019 (one year ago now!) on a one week trial and I immediately got hooked. I've tried so many times to get into a regular fitness routine but nothing seemed to stick until I decided to join the Sweat Club after... hearing so many positive things about Laura and her team. I have never looked forward to going to the gym before but now I crave the classes every day. I thought I'd be intimidated at first, especially since when I started, not many of my friends were members, but I felt such a feeling of community every time I went to a class. I leave every workout feeling so motivated and accomplished and feel strong both mentally and physically. When COVID hit and the gyms were forced to close, I was so devastated. The exact same day, Laura launched a social distancing online workout group, where online workouts quickly became part of my daily routine. While stuck working from home and not being able to see people, I can't tell you enough how much I appreciated this. The live online workouts were such a great break for me throughout the day and I was so relieved to be able to continue these classes from home. Of course, I was back to the club for in-person classes as soon as it reopened, but the online classes are still a great option for when I can't make the class times. The instructors make the workouts fun and challenging and every workout is different. The atmosphere is motivating and the small class size makes it feel somewhat like personal training but still with the group class feeling. I really can’t say enough about Laura and her team. I highly recommend the Sweat Club! www.sweatclubinc.ca
