Ill never forget the day you were born. You were whisked away before we really got to see you. It was hard, and scary and the thought of you being so far away from me was heart breaking. . But you know what else Ill never forget? The day the last tube was removed, last wire, the day you were released from NICU and got to come home with us. . September is NICU awareness month and I am so grateful to have had the nurses that we did at grand river hospital. They genuine...ly cared for us and you like we were their own. The back to school was real today. There were a lot of tears. (From Liam and mommy) at drop off. But the end result? A little boy who had a GREAT day and would like to go back tomorrow. He said he was good at sharing and that he likes his friends. . Our kids will feel about school however we feel about school. If we are anxious, they feel that. If we are happy and excited, they feel that. . Have peace mama. Whatever youre decision this school year. Have peace and pass that on to your kids.

We had a surprise and unexpected experience today and I could do this every day! Liam loved it. Halle was over it after 2 minutes and a very slow ride. Jonathan and I ripped around on our own for a bit and I felt free. Add one of these to the dream board!

Jonathan and I met on November 1, 2012. A set up by his sister Lisa who I had only met a few days later. I denied that I liked him but finally gave in and we Started dating January 8, 2013. ... He got down on one knee with a complete surprise on April 28, 2013 We were Happily married on his parents property on October 12, 2013. 11 months from met until married. Hey! If youre new around here, Im Sydney! I love being outside, dance parties and trying new local restaurants. Coffee is drank in this house morning, noon and night. Im a mom (to 3 of the best kids) and a wife (to the greatest husband ever) but I was a person first and so me time is a MUST! ... Essential oils are an everyday thing in this house. This summer looked a lot different than we thought it was going to look. And lets be honest, weve basically been on summer break since March. We are so thrilled about parks being open again though. Outside is part of our love language and everyone is happier being able to be out and about again. I think Im going to look back on this summer and be extremely grateful for the amount of time we spent together. ... Actually, I dont think, I just know.

We bought a house! It has full time tenants and our plan is to eventually tear it down and build our dream home. Its 5 minutes from the kids school on a quiet street. And. Wow. I dont even know what else to say. This journey has been crazy and wonderful and theres no one id rather be on it with then you. Love you babe.

We stopped in at daddys work today and the kids were so great. Jonathan and I were texting afterwards about how cute they were and he texted ya they are cute, but even better, theyre kind. This is a great idea for an easy DIY Christmas gift! It smells like a creamsicle and only uses a few simple ingredients! Orange essential oil is refreshing and uplifting, it may reduce the appearance of blemishes and smooth the appearance of skin. Coconut oil is an excellent moisturizer and skin softener. Coconut oil has a low molecular weight and because of the way it bonds with protein, its able to penetrate your skin deeper than your typical commercial product.... Sugar is a great natural exfoliator, try using organic cane sugar or organic coconut sugar Directions: Start by mixing the sugar and coconut oil in a bowl. If needed, slightly warm the coconut oil so it mixes easier. Do not microwave your coconut oil because it will destroy some of its beneficial properties. Add the Orange essential oil and vanilla extract. Mix and blend until it's at your desired consistency. Apply to wet skin and rub in a circular motion. Rinse. Store in a glass jar to keep fresh.

One of the many things I love about oils, is being able to put together blends when I need to tackle something My 3 month old developed a pretty nasty diaper rash overnight.
