Well after almost two months of being closed I am happy to report that as of Tuesday, May 19th Symtrio will be back open for regular patient care (and more or less regular hours). We will reduce slightly the total number of hours each day and will be open Monday to Thursday only for the remainder of May. Like we were already doing, there will continue to be only one patient in the office at any time and we will continue with a strict disinfection protocol before and after ea...ch patient visit including counter tops, adjusting tables, door handles, equipment, etc. If patients have masks / are wearing masks, they are welcome to do so in the office. We are not making it a mandatory requirement for patients to wear masks while in our office. Cyndi and I will be wearing masks as part of our office protocol. We do ask that if you are feeling unwell at all, out of an abundance of caution, please call to cancel and reschedule your appointment for a later date once you are feeling better. Our online booking at symtrio.ca is back up and running. We look forward to saying hello to all of our patients and thank you for your continued support.

Hi everybody. I hope you’re all doing well given our current circumstances. I just wanted to publicly post and let my patients know that effective March 24, 2020, due to increasing COVID-19 restrictions, in keeping compliant with the latest provincial health recommendations, and in the interest of keeping our patients healthy, Symtrio will be closed until further notice for general chiropractic and maintenance care. For now, we will remain available for emergent care of exis...ting patients on a case-by-case basis. This is subject to change with little or no notice based upon what our public officials ask of us. Patients who are experiencing acute pain or injury or encouraged to email Dr. Krueger via the contact form on our website, or the email address at the bottom of your appointment card. Patients may also leave a message at the office if they prefer. We will try to check voicemail at least once per day. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope you understand.
