As we wind up our normally crazy-busy tourism season in Victoria we are taking a somber look at the effects that COVID-19 has had on our industry. Running a small business in Victoria is no small feat - even in good years there are challenges. This year has been particularly unsettling for Tally-Ho as we face a severe revenue shortage to cover our monthly horse-care costs.
