A reminder of our COVID-19 rules at the studio that everyone must read over before coming in. Hope everyone is having a good Wednesday ! PLEASE READ! Please TEXT us @ 306-291-6454 to check in when you are here with your name and visit reason (ex; appointment, jewellery purchase etc) Please text and not call as this number is check in only and the shop phone can be very busy and it is important that you text to check in on time otherwise we consider you late or a no show for... your appointment. We ask that you do not walk into the studio unless instructed too as we may be busy with another customer and are enforcing social distancing as we ask 1 person can come into the studio at a time. Masks are REQUIRED and must be worn in the studio at all times, we ask that you be prepared and have your mask on before entering into our space. Be PREPARED! Our desk staff go over everything with you on the phone when you book and our rules have been posted on all social media and our policies are found on our website. You MUST have the release form done and completed prior to your appointment time, if it is not done by the time your appointment starts, you automatically lose your appointment as we do ask prior that you are prepared when you come in. If you are late for your appointment even by a few minutes you automatically lose your appointment. Our appointment times are very strict now with the PPE and clean up and we cannot let you being unprepared interfere with other appointments. We ask that you keep in mind that our PPE and clean up takes more time now and the cleaner that we use has to sit for at least 10 minutes in-between people. We can run behind if a client isn’t feeling well after their service so please keep this in mind as we do our best to stay on time. If you or anyone in your household or people you have been around has been feeling ill, travelled out of the province, tested positive for Covid, or if you have been in groups larger than 15, we require you to wait 14 days and rebook.
