A little more than a month has passed since we began operating under this new normal. We have implemented new policies and procedures that focus on keeping our valuable patients and our staff healthy and safe, while still meeting our high standards in providing effective, efficient, and quality care. As per Public Health guidelines, we are required to follow up with every patient after their procedure to determine if COVID-19 symptoms have developed since being seen at Tri-...City Colonoscopy Clinic. If you have had a procedure at the clinic, you can expect a call from us two weeks after your procedure. We will be asking you if you have developed any symptoms such as a cough, fever, runny nose, difficulty breathing, or any other new symptoms that may be suggestive of COVID-19. If you are showing symptoms, we will ask you to get tested at any testing facility and to notify us of the results; in this way we can ensure that appropriate steps are taken to provide the necessary follow up for all our patients and staff members if required. We appreciate your continued patience, understanding, and cooperation!
