A few years back I was camping with the kids. We read the book a dogs purpose every night before we went to bed. We had our sweet Bonnie at the time and just love dogs in general. As time passed we found our family in a tough situation and during that time ended up adopting Tucker into our home. He was a light in a difficult time.... It took some convincing on mine and the kids part to convince Eric but they became the best of friends. He fit perfectly and followed Bonnie around. We were so lucky how did we end up with another amazing pup. After Bonnie passed of old age Tucker comforted us. He was everyone’s dog. When you were sad he was there, happy he was there., he was always there. He loved hugs like I have never seen another dog that loves cuddles and hugs like him. All of our outdoor adventures included him. He was part of our family. Yesterday we lost our Tucker boy very suddenly. He got sick and we tried to save him but it was his time. His purpose and journey here was done. It’s been hard. Harder than I could imagine these past few days. We miss him terribly but are so thankful to have had such an extraordinary fur baby.

You may call the park office ahead of time to check the current status: 306-332-3215. While in the park, visitors can also check out the cross-country ski trails, rent a pair of snowshoes, try winter geo-caching and take part in the fun Photo Hop challenge. Winter-themed Park Activity Kits are also available for pick-up at the park. The Yumm Truck will be operating Saturdays and Sundays, from January 9 to March 7, offering food services to park visitors. More info on Winter in the Valley is available at saskparks.com: https://www.tourismsaskatchewan.com//provincial-p/winterin At this time, groups must not be larger than 10 people while outdoors, and physical distancing between households must be maintained. Visitors are asked to adhere to the mandatory mask-use policy while indoors, respect the restrictions and rules that are in place and to stay home if not feeling well.

It’s never easy to sit down and talk money. People often get uncomfortable when a Realtor asks about preapproval, can they bridge their mortgage, do you have a down payment, what’s your budget and many more money related questions. This may come as a surprise but many people start shopping before they know what is attainable. ... I ask everyone these questions. If you’re in the market of selling or buying being transparent with where you are at financially is a huge asset to you and myself. A home is a huge investment and your finances dictate where you will sit in the Real estate market. If you have a home to sell in order to move into a new home the number one thing to do before anything is to have your home evaluated at current market. The value of your home will almost always affect what you can buy. Not only will it be a financial decision it will be timeline decision. Some homes are very sellable and others take more time. Having an evaluation can help navigate and guide you in decision making. When you know where you stand the process will run a lot more smoothly in return getting you where you want to be a lot quicker.
