Today's generation needs to READ and UNDERSTAND what this means. We had a young fellow come in for a job interview (back in Saskatchewan) for the position of " shop help" we explained that cleaning screens was one of the jobs he would be doing. We needed a batch of screens done every morning, so he would be starting at 8:00 a.m. To my astonishment he said he cant do 8, maybe 9:30, you all don't even want to know how the conversation went after that, unbelievable!!
