Real-Time, Personal Post Hey All - Justice here! I'm practicing the techniques Jill outlines in this video as I post this, even though I'm sitting. I had a w...hole other post prepared, but I have to chat with you really quick. (PRO TIP: sitting and rolling your foot is a good way to reduce pressure if the sensations are too much in the beginning) Anyway... I randomly get pains in the tops of my feet from years of dancing abuse and wearing too-high heels. It can become pretty debilitating, and as a working Mom I HAVE to be on my feet, there's no way around it. I woke up this morning with that pang of uninvited pain directly on top of my foot, in between my big and middle toes. Luckily, with the RMM Techniques I've picked up throughout the years, and especially the information Jill shares in this video, I jumped into action. The only way I've ever been able to stop this in it's tracks is by using the YTU Therapy Ball Pair in Tote at the first sign of the pain coming on (You can also use the PLUS Pair, whatever feels best for YOU. It's your foot, and I want it to be healthy, happy, and fancy free). The major release, even with the slight amount of pressure, is vast, and keeps me mobile. Toted or untoted, and even with just sustained compression, they're a life saver. If your toes are tired today, if your balance feels off, or even if you feel perfectly fine, treat your feet to this feeling today. You won't regret it. The World is reopening slowly! Last night it was announced publicly that RMTs and other Health Care Providers could return to work immediately. What was not discussed were the procedures which we need to follow to do so safely. The past couple of weeks we have been working to make sure we are as prepared as possible to safely return to work to provide much needed care that we know a number of you are seeking.... Things are not returning to NORMAL, and this reopening will be slow and with strict guidelines set by the CMTO and our government. Our plan is to be available for appointments next week, June 1st as long as all the requirements are met. We will be sending ALL of our clients within the next 24 hours an email explaining what is going on and what to expect. Please WAIT until you receive this email and review it before contacting us for appointments. We ask that you be kind and patient with this procedure and respectful of our decisions and guidelines.
