I have found that women's groups has bee...n a cornerstone to me finding all the powers of my Wild Woman, my Divine Feminine and my Inner Goddess. Sacred Feminine practices and wisdom in the company of women has deepened my connection to my body, my emotions, my sacred S3xuality, my love, a feeling of support and inspiration. Gathering with women to learn and grow has been so potent in seeing myself as beautiful, powerful and authentic. And the flip side can also be true when women are gathered without conciousness and awareness, we can see our shadow side, projection, blame, judgement, anger, shame, pretty much everything we don't like about ourselves can be cast into a community or group space with out the container of loving awareness. This can be damaging. After being in and leading women for over 15 years, I've learned what to do and what not to do when leading women to uncover their potential and their best selves and it is an incredible opportunity we have to tap into our collective wisdom together for our evolution.
