Hello all! I will be opening on Monday the 11th. I have been contacting people on the list, if you are on the list and havent been contacted yet please be patient I am working half my usual schedule to start and the list is big. Supplies were limited and expensive. I was only able to get a handful of the required supplies so I am going to ask anyone who is coming for an appointment to bring their OWN MASK. I will attach a picture below of mask recommendations. (Homemade mas...ks will be accepted) You must wear your mask the moment you enter the building. Hand sanitizing stations have been set up all around the office for your convinence, you will be asked to sanitize upon entering my office. Reminder the waiting room will be closed, please remain in your vehicle until you are assured by me its safe to come into the building. Screening questions..the last hurdle before you can finally have your massage. You will be asked a few basic questions about your general health and then asked to sign a waiver stating that is true. A sample of the waiver will be posted below as well. Then massage as usual..except with masks.. Afterward contactless payment is preferred. There will be time for questions and at home stretches/exercises but given the circumstances its encouraged to keep it brief to avoid added exposure. I will also need the added time to disinfect everything after you leave to prepare for the next person. Looking forward to seeing you all again

I know we are all ready for me to get back to work but it might be a little longer still. We were given a list of guidelines and protocols we need to implement before we can open again. Some things wont take much time at all but there are a few things that could cause major delays while trying to open. Please know I will be working as quickly as possible trying to track down the supplies needed and implement the new protocols. Some things you can expect once I am able to re-...open: - My waiting room will be closed. Everyone will be asked to wait in the parking lot/their car until you are told it is safe to come into the office. - I will be working reduced hours till told otherwise. - There will be a screening process for everyone before they are able to book thier massage and again once they get to their appointment. Anyone displaying the symptoms will be turned away and asked to be tested. - Anyone with pending test results will be turned away. - Cashless payments are preferred. - Everyone will be wearing a mask (once I find some ) - Hand sanitizing stations will be set up at entrance and exits (gotta find those too) - Some insurance companies may not cover you at this time. -If you are a high risk patient please inform me so we can book you in accordingly when the time comes. I will notify you guys when I am able to open my doors but please be aware I can be shut down again at anytime if the government says so. I am sure most of you have heard that as of March 20th Manitoba was put under a state emergency for 30 days....which in turn means I will unable to go back to work until April 20th ! I hope this all ends sooner rather then later so I can get back to doing what I love, helping all of you

Or not....as per our massage therapy associations direction, I will be closed for 2 weeks. RMTs liability and malpractice insurance will not cover COVID-19 in the event we or our clients catch it. Hello all! I would like to answer a few questions about the COVID-19 as it pertains to my business... I am still taking clients as normal but to follow protocol I will be turning away anyone who has travelled recently and has not completed their 14 day quarantine. Hippy New Year folks! Congratulations to Bev who has won the prize of the month she has also chosen to take the 1 hour massage so yet again Januarys prize will be 9 yoga classes at Whitetail Meadows. With the New Year comes new changes...... First, the price increase along with an extra treatment added (75 minutes) is in effect as of Jan 1st. ANYONE WHO SHOWS UP WITH A COLD WILL BE SENT AWAY WITH NO MASSAGE!!!! I appreciate that no one wants to cancel their appointments but over 75% of you in the past week and a half have all come through saying "I just have a little cold", "its just a sinus cold" and my favorite one "I have a cold but it only started today". You are the MOST contagious at the beginning! Not only are you putting me at risk of getting sick which could cause me to cancel multiple days of appointments you are also putting everyone else that is coming for their massages at risk of becoming sick as well.
