Last week we posted about Gwen, a sweet girl who was looking for her forever home through our Palliative Care Long-Term Foster Program. We are excited to shar...e these photos from Gwen's new family. Gwen went home yesterday and she appears to be settling in quite well. Her owner let us know that she is already very affectionate and loving and has selected some favourite spots to cuddle up in!
